We are seeking a Part-Time Human Resources Generalist to provide practical day-to-day HR support to our employees and management team.

The Human Resources Generalist at Glenwood Kitchen:

- Supports recruitment, interviews, onboarding and offboarding.
- Maintains confidential employee records and HR documentation.
- Assists with benefits, attendance, vacation and general HR administration.
- Provides support on HR policies, employee relations and performance matters.
- Coordinates training, employee communications and HR initiatives.
- Helps ensure HR practices comply with applicable employment legislation.

The successful candidate will have:

- Previous Human Resources or related administrative experience.
- Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.




- The ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- HR education and/or manufacturing experience would be considered an asset.
