One of our Leading clients is looking for a dependable and detail-focused Journeyman Electrician (309A) to become a part of their team.

Job Title: Journeyman Electrician (309A)

Location: Kenora, ON

Job Type: Full time

Pay Rate: $40–$50 per hour (depending on experience)

Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM.

Responsibilities:

- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial electrical systems and equipment.
- Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Perform electrical wiring, installations, and upgrades in accordance with applicable electrical codes.
- Diagnose electrical faults and complete repairs safely and efficiently.
- Inspect electrical systems to identify potential hazards and ensure proper operation.
- Ensure all work complies with the Ontario Electrical Safety Code and applicable safety regulations.
- Use electrical tools, testing equipment,



and instruments effectively.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Coordinate with team members and other trades to complete projects on schedule.

Requirements:

- Valid Ontario 309A Construction and Maintenance Electrician Certificate of Qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant electrical experience.
- Strong knowledge of commercial electrical installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
- Knowledge of Ontario Electrical Safety Code requirements and workplace safety standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills.
- Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to safe work practices.

Pay: $40.00-$50.00 per hour
