We are currently recruiting for the following excellent Maintenance Millwright opportunity for our client for their location in Ontario:

POSITION: Maintenance Millwright 433A

STATUS: Full Time Permanent Position

SHIFT: Rotating Continental Shift – 2 weeks days (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM), 2 weeks nights (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM)

SALARY: $50.37/hour + SHIFT PREMIUMS + ADVANTAGES

LOCATION: Cambridge, ON

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Must hold a valid Ontario 433A Millwright license

· High School Diploma or GED equivalent

· Experience with machine shop equipment and welding

· Food manufacturing or production equipment experience is preferred

· Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays

OVERVIEW:

· Perform preventative and predictive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.

· Complete daily maintenance tasks while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality and efficiency.

· Respond to emergency breakdowns and troubleshoot equipment issues in a timely manner.

· Work collaboratively with operators and other skilled trades to identify and resolve equipment,



safety and quality concerns.

· Support root cause analysis and corrective actions to prevent recurring equipment failures.

· Demonstrate strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced production environment.

· Maintain clear communication during shift handovers, team meetings and work order activities.

· Utilize CMMS systems to record work orders and maintenance activities.

· Support a continuous improvement environment with a focus on safety, efficiency and equipment reliability.

Pay: $50.37 per hour
