We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our very busy physiotherapy clinic.

Ideal candidate will provide professional massage therapy services to clients, promoting relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being. The RMT will be responsible for delivering personalized treatment plans, maintaining client records, and ensuring a high standard of service excellence.

THIS WILL BE A COMMISSION SPLIT JOB. Competitive/better split that the market rate will be provided (To be discussed if selected)

Responsibilities

- Perform professional massage therapy treatments tailored to individual client needs, including therapeutic, relaxation, and rehabilitative techniques.
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ health history and current conditions to develop effective treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with licensing and regulatory standards.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend appropriate wellness practices.
- Ensure a clean, safe,



and welcoming environment for clients at all times.
- Stay updated with the latest massage therapy techniques and industry best practices through ongoing professional development.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their concerns and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements

- Valid registration and licensure as a Massage Therapist (RMT) in accordance with local regulations.
- Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and client health conditions.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining treatment procedures and addressing client questions or concerns.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Prior experience in a clinical or spa setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards of practice.

Pay: $65.00-$92.00 per hour
