What You'll Do

- Provide exceptional, client-centred massage therapy within your scope of practice.
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Communicate treatment recommendations and appropriate ongoing care.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and manage your schedule and client follow-ups.
- Keep your treatment space clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Collaborate with other practitioners when appropriate.
- Build lasting client relationships and contribute to the clinic's continued growth.

What We're Looking For

- Registered Massage Therapist: Credentials appropriate for practice in Alberta.
- Skilled Membership:



Good standing with a recognized massage therapy association accepted by major extended-health insurers.
- Client-Centred Care: A commitment to thoughtful, individualized treatments.
- Strong Communication: Confidence discussing treatment plans, educating clients, and collaborating with practitioners.
- Professionalism & Accountability: Dependable, organized, respectful, and responsible for your schedule, documentation, and professional standards.

Requirements

- Registered Massage Therapist credentials appropriate for practice in Alberta
- Current membership in a recognized professional association
- Professional liability insurance
- Ability to provide receipts accepted by extended-health insurance providers
- Strong communication, organization, and client-care skills
- Commitment to professional documentation and standards of practice

Evening and weekend availability, along with experience in hot stone, cupping, lymphatic drainage, or other specialized modalities, is an asset.
