We are seeking a friendly and efficient Fast Food Attendant to join our team. This role involves providing excellent customer service, preparing food, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in food service and a passion for delivering a positive dining experience. Duties
- Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS
- Prepare and assemble food items according to company standards, ensuring quality and presentation
- Operate cash registers, handle cash transactions, and process payments efficiently
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment in compliance with food safety standards
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly
- Assist with food handling, stocking supplies, and ensuring proper sanitation procedures are followed
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment is REQUIRED.
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately
- Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good time management skills to ensure timely service during peak hours
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays as needed

Pay: $15.00-$19.00 per hour
