Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Helper to join our team at Current Generation Flooring. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction and renovation projects, demonstrating a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. This role requires hands-on experience with tools and materials, as well as the ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with other team members.

Responsibilities

- Assist in the installation of flooring, including tile laying and carpentry tasks
- Utilize hand tools effectively for various construction projects
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate project execution
- Perform caulking and sealing tasks as needed
- Support skilled tradespeople in their duties, providing assistance wherever necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while on the job site

Requirements





- Previous experience in construction or maintenance person roles is preferred
- Proficiency with hand tools and basic construction equipment
- Familiarity with flooring installation techniques and tile laying is a plus
- Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting, standing, and bending for extended periods
