Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Seamstress to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sewing and garment construction, with the ability to create high-quality products while ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Responsibilities

- Construct, alter, and repair garments according to specifications and customer requests.
- Utilize various sewing machines and tools to produce high-quality finished products.
- Measure clients accurately to ensure proper fit and make necessary adjustments.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their needs and preferences.
- Perform basic math calculations for measurements, fabric requirements, and pricing as needed.




- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while maintaining quality standards.

Experience

- Previous experience as a Seamstress or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients.
- Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations related to sewing projects.
- Familiarity with different fabrics, sewing techniques, and garment construction methods is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $18.90-$22.00 per hour
