Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items to high standards, ensuring exceptional food quality and presentation. Duties

- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to restaurant recipes and standards
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
- Ensure all food is cooked to proper temperatures and presented attractively
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and sanitizing work surfaces
- Follow food safety protocols and proper handling procedures at all times
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy hours
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
- Adhere to restaurant policies regarding serving sizes,

Skills

- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service roles within a restaurant or food industry setting
- Strong knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and sanitation practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately
- Experience with meal preparation and food industry best practices is preferred
- Knowledge of serving techniques and customer service principles is a plus
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
