What We’re Looking For

- Previous shift leader experience in the fast-food or quick-service restaurant industry.
- Strong teamwork, communication, problem-solving,



and customer service skills.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to developing leadership capabilities through our Shift Leader Training Program.
- The ability to support daily restaurant operations, lead by example, and motivate team members to achieve performance and service standards.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Open availability to work days, evenings, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays, as our restaurant operates 24 hours a day.

Work Authorization
