Position Overview

Are you a seasoned designer who turns every client consultation into an experience they’ll remember?

At Westwood Cabinetry, we’ll give you the tools, products, and support to elevate every client’s journey.

What You Bring

- 2+ years designing and selling kitchen cabinetry, with a portfolio that shows your eye
- A genuine love of the client journey, from the first conversation to the final reveal
- The ability to listen beyond the brief, translating how clients live and cook into spaces that feel made for them
- Confidence guiding clients through choices in style, materials, and finishes so the process feels exciting rather than overwhelming
- A knack for building trust and lasting relationships that turn clients into referrals
- Strong design and conceptual instincts, balanced by sharp attention to detail
- Fluency in 20/20 Design (AutoCAD is a bonus)
- Comfort juggling multiple projects and deadlines without letting quality or care slip
- Clear, polished communication, whether you’re presenting a concept or writing a follow-up email
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access
- Independence when it counts, and a collaborative spirit the rest of the time
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Education





- Completion of a recognized Interior Design Program, Diploma or Degree in Interior Design highly preferred
