Duties

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems ensuring quick and correct entry
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards and food safety guidelines
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and cash handling responsibilities
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by adhering to food handling, sanitation, and food safety protocols
- Assist in basic food preparation or setup as needed to support kitchen operations and ensure timely service
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy periods

Skills





- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with strong guest service skills
- Familiarity with POS systems, for efficient order processing and cashiering
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting
- Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety regulations within the food industry
- Ability to perform basic math for billing, change calculation, and order accuracy
- Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members
- Experience with food preparation or kitchen operations is a plus for supporting overall restaurant flow
- Demonstrated hospitality mindset with a focus on creating welcoming guest experiences
- Ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue
