Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs, ensuring a positive shopping experience




- Demonstrate product features and benefits confidently, utilizing your knowledge of marketing, schematics, and visual design to enhance customer understanding
- Maintain attractive merchandise displays through effective merchandising techniques and visual design principles using tools like Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently for cash handling, cashiering, and pricing transactions while adhering to cash management procedures
- Support store management with supervising team members, coordinating daily tasks, and ensuring excellent customer service standards are upheld
- Manage inventory levels by organizing stock, conducting merchandising audits, and assisting with pricing adjustments as needed
- Uphold store policies on security, including cash handling procedures and store safety protocols

Experience

- Proven retail sales experience with a strong focus on customer service excellence
- Supervising or leadership experience in a retail or sales environment preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and cashiering procedures
- Knowledge of visual design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator is advantageous for creating appealing displays
- Strong communication skills with the ability to organize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively
- Experience in merchandising, store management, or administrative roles enhances your fit for this position
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team while independently managing responsibilities
