On behalf of our client, Procom is searching for a ServiceNow Application Specialist for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Mississauga office.

ServiceNow Application Specialist - Job Description:
This project involves expanding the ServiceNow platform across various business intake processes including Legal, Procurement, and enterprise project intake. The role focuses on enhancing in-house capabilities and providing flexibility to the team.

ServiceNow Application Specialist - Responsibilities:

- Configure and administer ServiceNow applications
- Make application changes and manage change requests
- Build and modify custom workflows and flows
- Set up and support integrations
- Work with business and IT teams to translate requirements into ServiceNow configurations

ServiceNow Application Specialist - Mandatory Skills:

- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow application administration and configuration
- Experience in configuring and administering ServiceNow applications




- Experience in making application changes and managing change requests
- Experience in building and modifying custom workflows and flows
- Experience in setting up and supporting integrations
- Ability to obtain Transport Canada clearance
- Ability to complete a criminal background check
