We are currently seeking a QC Inspector to fulfill our growing demands of production. In this role, the candidate will provide support to the Printing Department in various QC duties. The QC Inspector will work with the department to achieve high quality in job production and complete assigned projects under tight deadlines.

Job Responsibilities:

- Perform routine inspection and testing on printed films.
- Perform routine inspection and testing on In-mold labels cut from printed films.
- Prepare inspection and testing report
- Prepare and issue product non-conforming report to printing and/or cutting process, and follow up the effectiveness of corrective action taken.
- Retain daily product samples
- Follow ISO9001 quality management system procedures to file or retain quality records.
- Observe and ensure compliance with all health & safety policy sections which apply to the position and your operations

Job Requirements:

- Familiar with printed labels, manufacturing processes, quality inspection techniques.
- Able to use inspection instruments such as caliper, micrometer,



force gauge.
- One-year work experience in the printing industry is an asset
- Able to judge the product acceptance
- Able to write a non-conforming report
- Computer skills: Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Shift work is required

Pay: $38,000.00-$41,000.00 per month
