What You’ll Do

Welcome every customer with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm.

Create an exceptional shopping experience by offering friendly, personalized

service.

Help customers find the right products for their needs and introduce them to

exciting new beauty products.

Build relationships with our amazing customers — the kind of people we love seeing

walk through our doors!

Share your passion for beauty while learning about the latest products, brands, and

industry trends.

Recommend products, support sales goals, and participate in monthly bonus

opportunities.

Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.

Keep the store clean, organized, inviting, and beautifully merchandised.

Work closely with your teammates to create a positive, supportive, and fun

workplace.
