- Diagnose and repair engines, transmissions, brakes, steering, lighting, and electrical systems on cars and light vehicles.
- Perform preventive maintenance on customer and fleet vehicles to support safe, reliable operation.
- Complete vehicle inspections, follow repair checklists, and identify required maintenance and repairs.
- Road test vehicles after repairs to verify safety, performance, and repair quality.
- Maintain accurate service records and assist with parts tracking and inventory needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized shop and follow safe work practices throughout daily repairs.

Qualifications:

- Valid 310S Automotive Service Technician certification required.
- Valid driver’s licence required.
- 4+ years of hands-on automotive repair experience,



including engines and related vehicle systems.
- Working knowledge of transmissions, brakes, steering, lighting, and electrical systems.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to complete inspections, repairs, and follow-up testing.
- Ability to perform the physical demands of automotive repair work.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

#SJ1 Compensation:

- $40.00 – $44.00/hour based on experience and qualifications
