Job Title: Cook
Position Available: 1
Wage: $23 per hour
Work Condition: 33 hours per week (Full time, Permanent)
Vacation: 4% of gross salary
Work Location: 895 Gibsons Way, Gibsons, BC V0N 1V8

Job Duties:
- Plan, prepare and cook a wide range of Japanese meals (donburi, sushi, udon, etc.), including dishes for customers with food allergies
- Monitor food inventory and order supplies if necessary.
- Ensure the kitchen, food storage areas, and equipment are kept clean and sanitary
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- May supervise and support kitchen staff
- Assist other cooks and perform related work as required

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of commercial cooking experience
- Completion of Secondary School
- Language: English is required
