Victoria Hyundai is looking for a Full time Automotives Sales Supervisor (NOC 62023)! This is a full-time, permanent position with 40 hours per week.
Job Description:
• Supervise, coordinate, assign, and review the work of sales consultants
• Actively sell new and used vehicles to meet dealership gross and volume targets (minimum 12 units per month).
• Establish work schedules, sales objectives, and procedures; monitor performance and prepare required sales and activity reports.
• Train, coach, and evaluate staff on product knowledge, CRM/PBS usage, dealership policies, and execution of the approved sales process (STEPS to the Sale).
• Meet and greet customers, assess needs, present and demonstrate vehicles, and provide accurate information on pricing, credit terms, trade-in values, warranties, and delivery timelines.
• Prepare and review sales and lease agreements, ensure accurate documentation of all customer interactions in the CRM system, and protect the legal and financial interests of the dealership.
• Conduct daily prospecting activities, including a minimum average of 20+ outbound calls, maintain activity logs, and ensure complete follow-up with sold and unsold customers.
• Coordinate sales activities with Finance, Service, and Parts departments to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction scores.
• Resolve customer concerns, promote all dealership departments, assist with vehicle merchandising,



and ensure manufacturer and dealership standards are consistently met or exceeded.
• Ensure proper operation of dealership computer systems and arrange maintenance as required.
Job Requirements:
• Demonstrated sales ability and product knowledge – minimum 2-3 years of auto sales experience
• Previous experience working with Hyundai is an asset, but not required
• Outgoing & a strong desire to serve people
• Be able to multi-task in a fast-paced workplace
• Knowledge of PBS and basic computer applications like Microsoft Office
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Language in the workplace is English

• Commission and bonus structure; or guaranteed minimum salary of $76,500 annually, whichever is greater.
