• Wage: $22.00-$23.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

Job Duties:
• Make Japanese and Korean dishes such as katsu, teriyaki, and bulkoki, according to menu recipes and presentation standards
• Prepare fish, meats, and vegetables and assemble broths, sauces, and side dishes for daily service
• Modify ingredients or cooking methods for customers with food allergies or intolerances
• Set portion sizes and calculate ingredient costs per dish
• Instruct kitchen staff on food preparation, cooking techniques, and safe food handling




• Order food and kitchen supplies and track inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
• Sanitize the kitchen, work areas, and equipment after each service

Job requirements:
• Language: English
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
• Experience: 2-3 years of commercial cooking experience is required, and experience in Japanese and Korean cuisine is an asset
