Ontario Impex of Canada is looking for a full time permanent Indian Cook -Sweet Maker.
Primary Responsibilities:
-Prepare and cook the following East Indian sweets Gulab Jamun, Burfi, Laddoo, Besan, Rasmalai, Gazar Halwa etc.
-Prepare and Cook other sweets like mango Sandesh, kaaju barfi, jalebi, mathi, and Gujiya.
-Maintain Kitchen inventory and other related tasks.
-Prepare and cook special meals for special occasions (marriage and religious functions) on a wholesale basis.
-Train staff in the preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
-Clean kitchen and work areas.
-Order supplies and equipment.
-Plan menus, determine the size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs,
and monitor and order supplies.
-Manage kitchen operations.
