Fatburger Kelowna is looking for two Full time Food Services Manager (NOC 60030)! This is a full-time, permanent position with 35-40 hours per week, $37.00 per hour.
Job Description:
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of Fatburger Kelowna
• Implement and monitor operational procedures for dine-in, take-out, and delivery services.
• Recruit staff and oversee staff training
• Monitor staff performance and ensure company standards are followed.
• Manage inventory levels, order food and supplies, and control stock to reduce waste.
• Oversee financial performance, including monitoring costs, sales, and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Handle customer concerns and ensure a positive dining experience.
• Coordinate front-of-house and kitchen operations to maintain efficient service.




• Maintain food quality, portion control, and consistency according to Fatburger standards.
• Oversee POS operations, cash handling, and daily cash reconciliation.
• Support promotional activities or company initiatives as required.
Job Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience.
• Language in the workplace is English
