Primary Responsibilities:
REQUIRED SKILLSET:
• Prepare and Cook snacks such as Samosa, Chats, Spring Rolls, Halwa Puri, Paraunthas, Chana Bhatura, different kind of Pakoras etc.
• Maintain clean and hygienic setting in the kitchen.
• Prepare and Cook Shahi Paneer, Mix Veg, Panner items, Daal with Rice, Roti and Naans.
• Prepare and cook daily special menus.
• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual foods and dishes.
• Preparation of the Indian dishes offered on our menu.
• Help plan seasonal menus, as well as menus for special events and catering.
• Maintain kitchen inventory.
