Job Duties:
1. Greeting customers, providing customers with menus and answering their questions regarding ingredients.
2. Taking orders while paying attention to details (e.g. preferences of tea bases, ice and sugar ratios, dairy free options, toppings for drinks, cup sizes, etc.).

3. Recommending and describing beverages to new customers based on their preferences.
4. Learning by heart all drinks recipes and always updating with new recipes for seasonal beverages.
5. Preparing beverages and snacks with provided recipes.
6. Calling out and serving or bagging beverages and prepared food to customers.

7. Receiving and processing payments (cash, debit/credit cards and gift cards).
8. Keeping tea bars area clean and organized often and maintaining stock of clean cups and straws.
9. Checking if brewing equipment sugar dispenser machines, label printers,



debit machines and online order tablet operate properly and report to manager/shift leaders if any maintenance needs to be taken.

10. Making inventory of stock for cups, lids, bubble tea supplies and office supplies weekly.
11. Communicating with customers to receive feedback and report to manager or shift leaders.
12. Cleaning and sanitizing work area every closing shift, ensure everything is clean, organized and prepared for next morning shift.
13. Complying with health and safety regulations when making drinks and snacks.

Qualifications:
1. Completion of Secondary School
2. Previous experience in the food service industry is a plus.
3. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
5. Team player with a positive attitude.
6. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays and to work beyond regular hours based on business needs.
7. Ability to perform tasks that require physical endurance and stamina, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
