Primary Responsibilities:
REQUIRED SKILLSET:

• Inspect, maintain and repair cold heading, thread rolling and other production machinery used by Allied Forming in the manufacture of precision fasteners and metal components.
• Diagnose mechanical problems and perform repairs to minimize equipment downtime and support continuous production.
• Install, align and adjust machine components, tooling and mechanical assemblies to meet production requirements.
• Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment, including hydraulic and pneumatic systems, to ensure reliable operation.
• Repair or replace worn mechanical components such as bearings, gears, shafts,



belts, chains and couplings.
• Read and interpret mechanical blueprints, equipment manuals and technical specifications to install, maintain and repair manufacturing equipment.
• Test machinery after repairs to ensure equipment meets Allied Forming's production and quality standards.
• Maintain maintenance records and follow lockout/tagout procedures and workplace safety policies.

Education Requirements - Secondary school

Experience Minimum – 1 year to 2 years
