Job Duties
• Plan, organize, and evaluate the overall operations of the liquor store to ensure efficient daily performance and achievement of business objectives.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficient store performance and compliance with company standards.
• Recruit, hire, train, supervise, and evaluate staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Develop staff schedules, assign duties, and monitor employee performance to ensure adequate staffing and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all provincial and municipal regulations governing the sale of alcoholic beverages, as well as workplace health and safety standards.
• Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities to improve sales performance and meet customer demand.




• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and coordinate product availability, promotional activities, and inventory replenishment.
• Monitor operating expenses and assist in preparing budgets and financial reports.
• Determine product selection, pricing strategies, and merchandising approaches to maximize sales and maintain competitive offerings.
• Develop and implement promotional and marketing strategies to increase sales and enhance customer engagement.

Qualifications
1. Completion of secondary school is required.
2. 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in retail management is required.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform well under pressure.
4. Solid leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
5. Strong attention to detail, adaptability, time management, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask.
6. Knowledge of inventory control, merchandising, budgeting, and staff supervision.
7. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as required.
8. Ability to lift up to 25 kg and stand for extended periods.
