Tasks
Implement hotel procedures, ensure health and safety regulations are met
Hire, train, supervise, and schedule front desk, housekeeping, and guest service workers.
Negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies
Negotiate with clients for the use of facilities
Handle special requests, coordinate room allocations with reception
Address customers' complaints or concerns
