Brar Sweets and Restaurant is looking for a permanent full time assistant cook.
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Preparation of the Indian dishes offered on our menu.
2. Help the cook to use of the tandoor to make various vegetarian snacks and nan breads.
3. Support the Cook in preparing and making snacks such as Samosa, Tandoori items, Spring Rolls, etc.
4. Assist the Cook in preparing and cooking Shahi Paneer, Mix-veg, Channa- Bhatura, and fried rice.
5. Inspect and sanitize all kitchen and food service areas.
6. Work with specialized kitchen equipment.
