Responsibilities
Tasks
Supervising and training restaurant staff
Hiring, scheduling, and evaluating employees
Ensuring excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints
Overseeing daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures
Monitoring food quality, presentation, and service
Coordinating with vendors and suppliers
Maintaining restaurant cleanliness and equipment
Managing inventory and ordering food, beverages, and supplies
