Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and assess the operations of the security and administrative services department to ensure efficient day-to-day performance.
• Manage and coordinate multiple administrative and security-related functions within the organization.
• Supervise, guide, and support staff involved in security, records management, compliance, purchasing, finance, human resources, and related administrative activities.
• Develop, implement, and monitor internal procedures related to corporate governance, workplace security, and regulatory compliance.
• Recruit, interview, train, and arrange training for employees as needed.
• Plan, manage,



and monitor budgets for contracts, equipment, supplies, and related operational expenses.
• Prepare reports, summaries, and briefing materials for management on the performance of administrative and security services.

Requirements:
• Secondary school diploma is required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in security operations, supervisory work, or a related field is required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
• Excellent attention to detail and sound judgment in handling issues and making decisions.
• Ability to identify concerns, assess situations, and develop practical solutions.
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members and communicate instructions and findings clearly.

Compensation and conditions:
• Full-time, permanent position consisting of at least 35 weekly work hours.
• The remuneration will be set at CAD$50.50 per hour.
• Overtime pay will apply after 44 hours of work per week.
• Primary business location: 10 Gurney Crescent, North York, Ontario, M6B 1S8.
