Job Requirements

- Languages - English
- Education - Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- Experience - 1 year to less than 2 years
- Transportation/Travel Information – Own vehicle
- Security and Safety – Criminal record check
- On site – work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Task
- Establish methods to meet work schedules
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
- Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
- Hire food service staff
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Address customer’s complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
- Prepare food order summaries for chef
- Supervise and check assembly of trays
- Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
- Establish work schedule

Supervision
- 5 - 10 people
- Kitchen and food service helpers
