Afra Construction has been operating since 2009 as a general contractor, construction manager, and design-builder, with a diverse portfolio ranging from current constructions to major renovations and remodels.

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee the daily on-site operations of our several projects. Your leadership will help drive our success.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise workers and projects to ensure all construction activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards, blueprints, and specifications.
Coordinate and schedule daily and weekly work activities, assign duties to site crews, and monitor productivity and progress.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements and communicate instructions to workers and subcontractors.
Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as required to maintain continuous workflow and meet project deadlines.
Prepare production, progress, and other site reports to track work performed, materials used, and manpower on site.
Resolve work-related problems, provide technical advice, and recommend effective measures to improve productivity, workmanship, and product quality.
Ensure compliance with occupational health, safety,



and environmental regulations and enforce company safety procedures on site.
Recommend personnel actions, including hiring, training, discipline, and promotions, in consultation with project management.
Inspect completed work to verify adherence to specifications, codes, and quality standards, and identify corrective actions when necessary.
Liaise with engineers, site managers, and suppliers to coordinate work and address design, material, or scheduling issues.
Train and guide crew members, promoting skill development and adherence to safe and efficient work practices.
Prepare and submit regular reports summarizing progress, delays, and resource usage to the Project Manager or company head office.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's Degree
Experience: minimum 3 - 5 years in a similar role.
