Job Requirements:
Completion of secondary school is required.
1-2 years relevant experience is required.
Job Duties:
• Hiring, Training and Supervising staff; Planning menus
• Ordering supplies; Handling customer enquiries and Resolving customer complaints
• Problem solving; Preparing and presenting staffing/sales reports
• Monitor staff performance and set staff work schedules
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Making improvements to the running of the business and developing current strategies to generate profit
• Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
