Job Duties:
• Plan, organize, and direct daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth workflow and consistent quality of food and service
• Assist in managing operational budgets and monitor food and beverage costs to support store profitability
• Monitor daily revenues and assess labor costs to maintain balanced staffing budget
• Oversee employee recruitment and conduct training programs for kitchen staff
• Organize and manage weekly employee work schedules based on store operational needs
• Coordinate with food and kitchen suppliers to secure quality ingredients and essential inventory at competitive prices




• Enforce compliance with provincial health and food safety standards to maintain a secure working and dining environment
• Resolve customer complaints and service issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain high customer service standards and foster a welcoming experience for guests

Job requirements:
• Experience: 3-5 years of supervisory or management experience in the food service sector is required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
• Language: English
