- Oversee the company’s day-to-day financial and accounting operations, ensuring accurate reporting and effective financial controls
- Prepare monthly and annual financial reports, budgets, cash flow forecasts, and operational cost analyses for management review
- Develop and improve accounting procedures, internal control systems, and financial policies to support business efficiency and compliance
- Monitor production costs, inventory valuation, and overall financial performance, and provide recommendations to improve profitability
- Coordinate the annual budgeting and financial planning process, including variance analysis and expense management
- Supervise accounting staff and support employee development, training, and performance management within the finance department
