Job Duties:

1. Thoroughly clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units; Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors as needed to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
2. Maintain impeccable hygiene standards in the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
3. Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas promptly.
4. Monitor inventory levels and notify the kitchen team when supplies need to be restocked.
5. Keep detailed records of the quantities of food used during daily operations; Assist in maintaining accurate inventory logs for efficient kitchen management.
6. Package take-out food orders efficiently and accurately,



and ensure the presentation and packaging meet the restaurant's quality standards.
7. Portion and wrap various food items according to established guidelines; and assist in the preparation, heating, and finishing of simple food items under the guidance of the kitchen staff.
8. Take customers' orders with a friendly and customer-focused approach, collaborate with the kitchen and serving staff to ensure prompt and accurate order fulfillment.
9. Receive, unpack, and store supplies in designated refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and storage areas; Maintain a well-organized and tidy kitchen environment for efficient workflow.
10. Remove kitchen garbage and trash regularly, adhering to waste disposal protocols.
11. Sharpen kitchen knives regularly to ensure optimal cutting and food preparation efficiency.
12. Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit according to specified guidelines; Assist in the preparation of fresh produce for use in various dishes.

Qualifications:
1. Completion of High School
2. 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment
3. Passion for food and eagerness to learn and grow in a culinary setting.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
5. Strong teamwork and communication skills.
6. Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene and safety practices.
7. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
