Position Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and skilled Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our patients, the ideal candidate will be personable, efficient, and able to manage a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

- Greet patients warmly and professionally, in person and on the phone
- Schedule and manage patient appointments using clinic management software
- Verify patient information and assist with intake forms
- Handle billing, payments, and insurance claims
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk, waiting area, treatment rooms
- Support clinic staff with administrative tasks as needed




- Maintain patient confidentiality at all times

Qualifications:

- Previous receptionist or administrative experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic scheduling systems
- Ability to remain calm and courteous in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English. Fluent in Cantonese/Mandarin are an asset
