About us

- A team of over 50 clinicians, including psychologists, psychotherapists, social workers, psychiatry, and dietetics
- We work with MVA, WSIB, EAP and private-pay clients, and handle the admin so you can focus on clinical work

What you'll do
- Complete psychological assessments and diagnoses for adults after MVAs (PTSD, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, adjustment disorders)
- Write clear, defensible reports for insurers and legal teams, including progress and discharge reports
- Provide evidence-based trauma treatment (e.g., CPT, PE, EMDR, CBT) in person and virtually
- Assess and treat adults with other mental health concerns, including WSIB, EAP and private-pay clients
- Work with lawyers, case managers, adjusters and other treating clinicians
What you bring
- Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical or Counselling Psychology
- Registration in good standing with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario (CPBAO). Autonomous practice is preferred; we'll also consider candidates in supervised practice who have strong MVA experience
- MVA/SABS experience (strongly preferred), including insurer-facing reports
- Strong trauma assessment skills and command of standardized measures
- Clear, timely report writing and a calm, compassionate approach
- Ability to work on-site at our Grimsby clinic as part of a hybrid schedule
- A second language is an asset
What we offer
- Full-time salary of $140,000 to $185,000 per year, based on experience
- Admin and billing support, including OCF forms, HCAI and insurer follow-up
- Hybrid schedule with flexibility over your hours and caseload
- Dental, extended health and vision coverage
- Company pension and RRSP match
- Paid time off and a wellness program
- On-site parking and company events
- Professional development, with assessment tools and a resource library provided
- Peer consultation across our four clinics, and room to grow into a clinic lead role
