Fantasilvia Fine Jewelry is a Vancouver-based fine jewelry boutique and design studio offering distinctive jewelry, custom designs, natural diamonds—including fancy coloured diamonds—and precious coloured gemstones.

We combine thoughtful design, fine craftsmanship, and personal service to help clients discover pieces they will treasure. Our boutique offers an elegant, comfortable setting and a welcoming team environment.

We are looking for an outgoing, dependable individual with a strong eye for aesthetics and a genuine interest in building a long-term career in jewelry.

About the Role

This is a hands-on position combining jewelry sales, client service, and daily boutique operations, with opportunities to contribute to our website and social media content.

We provide structured training in our products, gemstones, sales approach, and store procedures. After successfully completing training, you will be expected to independently handle day-to-day boutique operations during your assigned shifts, while communicating with the team and seeking support when needed.

The ideal candidate enjoys connecting with people, takes initiative, and can be trusted to follow through—from a client’s first enquiry to their final purchase and after-sales care.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome clients and provide attentive, personalised service, including jewelry styling and product recommendations.
- Develop strong client relationships, follow up on enquiries, and contribute to sales goals.
- Coordinate appointments, custom order updates, and after-sales requests with the team.
- Handle sales transactions, customer records, inventory checks, packaging,



and order fulfilment accurately.
- Maintain attractive displays and a polished, organised boutique.
- Once trained, independently carry out opening and closing procedures and manage daily store activities in accordance with established procedures.
- Assist with website maintenance and product listings, including descriptions, images, and basic SEO updates.
- Collaborate on product photography, short videos, and livestream content for Xiaohongshu, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Learn to support DIY jewelry and beading workshops, progressing to independently guiding clients after training.

What We’re Looking For

- A strong eye for aesthetics, styling, and presentation. Good taste and attention to visual detail are especially important to us.
- An outgoing, approachable personality and confidence in starting conversations and building relationships.
- A genuine interest in gemstones and fine jewelry, with the motivation to learn and develop over time.
- Reliability, attention to detail, sound judgment, and a solid sense of responsibility.
- A positive attitude, team spirit, and a thoughtful approach to customer service.
- The ability to learn quickly, prioritise tasks, and work independently once trained.




- Fluency in English and Mandarin to assist our English- and Mandarin-speaking clientele.
- Familiarity with retail point-of-sale systems and website or e-commerce platforms, along with confidence learning new tools.
- An interest in hands-on jewelry making, DIY projects, or beading.

Preferred Experience

- Retail sales experience in Vancouver or another Canadian market, particularly in fine jewelry, luxury retail, fashion, or client-focused services.
- Experience creating or managing content on Xiaohongshu, Instagram, or TikTok.
- Confidence hosting livestreams or presenting products on camera.
- Familiarity with Shopify, product listing management, or basic SEO.
- Examples of content that generated meaningful engagement, enquiries, or sales.
