Hi, we’re Mizunara, nice to meet you!

We’re a 60+ seat contemporary cocktail bar & restaurant with a focus on Japanese Whisky. Our concept focuses on familial service, local ingredients, and a smooth whisky base for many of our drinks, all set in a warm and elevated atmosphere.

We’re looking for a candidate to join us who wants to learn more about elevated food & drink and deeply cares about making memorable experiences for our guests.

Requirements:

- A passion for people, we’re a small team and community driven
- Outgoing, personable and professional personality
- Free to work some late nights and/or weekends
- Smart Serve Certification

Who you are:

- Possible newcomer to hospitality, eager to learn
- Calm, detail-oriented in high-performance environments
- Diligent and earnest in your work quality and efforts
- Knowledge about Japanese Whisky is a plus

Responsibilities include…

- A thorough understanding of our offerings
- Proactive checks to maintain keg and liquor levels
- Contribute to the overall organization, efficiency and cleanliness of the bar
- Work closely with servers, the bar and kitchen team, providing support from behind the bar
