Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Line Cook and Prep Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. This role is essential in preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining food safety standards, and ensuring efficient kitchen operations. Ideal candidates will have a passion for food preparation, excellent cooking skills, and experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

- Prepare ingredients and assist with meal preparation according to recipes and standards
- Cook a variety of menu items with attention to presentation and quality
- Follow food safety protocols and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area
- Assist in food handling, storage, and inventory management
- Support the kitchen team during busy service hours to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Maintain proper sanitation practices and ensure compliance with health regulations




- Collaborate with team members to create a positive dining experience for guests

Experience

- Previous food service experience, including restaurant or kitchen work, is REQUIRED.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Experience in meal preparation and working with various kitchen equipment is advantageous
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Solid teamwork skills and a positive attitude toward learning new skills

Pay: $17.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 44.0 per week
