Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Forklift Operator to join our energetic warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating various types of forklifts and material handling equipment to efficiently manage inventory, fulfill orders, and ensure smooth warehouse operations. Your mechanical knowledge and experience with warehouse management systems will be essential in maintaining accuracy and safety throughout your daily tasks. Responsibilities

- Safely operate forklifts, including clamp trucks and order pickers, to move, load, and unload materials within the warehouse
- Perform precise order picking using warehouse management systems to ensure accurate inventory fulfillment
- Conduct heavy lifting of items and materials while adhering to safety protocols
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues and perform routine maintenance checks on forklifts and clamp trucks
- Assist with inventory management by organizing stock and maintaining accurate records of materials moved
- Follow safety procedures diligently during all operations to prevent accidents or injuries




- Support warehouse distribution processes by efficiently managing the flow of goods from storage to shipping areas

Experience

- Proven experience operating forklifts, including clamp trucks and order pickers, in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Familiarity with warehouse distribution processes and inventory management systems
- Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately
- Mechanical knowledge related to forklift maintenance and troubleshooting is highly desirable
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely for extended periods during shifts
- Prior experience with order picking and using warehouse management systems is preferred
- Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and a proactive approach to safety standards

Pay: $18.08-$24.67 per hour
