International Student Recruiter - EU and Eastern Europe

Position Summary

We are seeking a multilingual International Student Recruiter to develop student recruitment opportunities and education partnerships across European Union and Eastern European markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruit prospective international students from European markets.
- Develop relationships with international education agents and partners.
- Promote college programs to prospective students and institutions.
- Explain admission requirements, program options, and application procedures.
- Conduct outreach, presentations, webinars, and recruitment activities.
- Maintain accurate recruitment and applicant records.
- Coordinate with admissions and marketing departments.
- Monitor recruitment activity and enrolment outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to expand partnerships in target markets.

Required Qualifications

- Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, International Education,



or a related field. Equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
- At least 1 year of experience in student recruitment or a private college recruitment role.
- Knowledge of European and Eastern European education markets.
- Solid English communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally in multiple languages.

Preferred Qualifications

- Proficiency in German, French, Polish, Romanian, Ukrainian, or other relevant European languages.
- Experience working with international education agents.
- Established recruitment or institutional relationships in European markets.
- Experience coordinating international student recruitment campaigns.

Compensation

- Full-time: $50,000 to $60,000 annually.
- Part-time: $25.00 per hour.

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
