Snapshot of the Position

At Colemans, we delight in providing our guests with the highest quality product. We are seeking a skilled individual with a passion for plants and flowers. The responsibilities of this position would involve promoting and delivering the best of fresh floral offerings to Colemans guests in our Floral Department.

What You’ll Do

- Direct and supervise all floral department functions
- Possess extensive knowledge of floral business
- Keep up to date with market trends and efficiently reacting to changes in demand
- Demonstrate proven ability to design aesthetically pleasing floral arrangements
- Understand the seasonality of the floral business
- Communicate with customers to identifying needs
- Order efficiently and understand product care requirements
- Maintain merchandising and operational standards
- Maximize sales and gross profits, ensuring financial objectives are achieved




- Coach and train staff
- Other tasks as assigned by Store Management

Hours of Work

40 hours per week; days, evenings, weekends as needed

- Operational experience or equivalent training a definite asset but not necessary
