Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, ensuring high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation. Duties

- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards, including meal preparation and food handling.
- Serve food efficiently and courteously to guests or service staff, ensuring timely delivery.
- Assist with food presentation, garnishing, and plating to enhance visual appeal.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including cleaning utensils, equipment, and work surfaces.
- Follow all food safety regulations and proper sanitation procedures to ensure a safe dining environment.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies; communicate needs for restocking.




- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service hours.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines related to food industry standards.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environment preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal assembly.
- Experience with food handling safety protocols and sanitation standards.
- Excellent serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a quick-paced setting.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the food industry trends and best practices is a plus.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends or holidays if required. Hours as per the schedule
