Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and personable Recreation Experience Coordinator to join our team. This role is vital in creating memorable and engaging experiences for our guests, ensuring they enjoy a welcoming and enjoyable environment. Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional guest services to ensure a positive experience
- Coordinate and facilitate recreational activities, events, and programs tailored to diverse guest interests as necessary
- Manage guest inquiries, reservations, and registration processes efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of recreational areas and equipment
- Ensure that facility rules and regulations are being followed.
- Report any concerns to Superior management team and on site Management.
- Conduct facility inspection and submit reports.
- Work with Site Management to ensure party room bookings and events are compliant with established rules and regulations.




- Ensure that the facility is used and accessed only by authorized residents and guests
- Ensure that facility membership procedures are followed and administrated as per management’s requirements
- Ensure that other Recreation staff are informed of any issues or events to ensure a smooth transition of shifts and information from shift to shift and day to day.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or guest services is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Enthusiastic about creating engaging experiences for diverse audiences
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends or evenings if needed
- Basic organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Pay: $18.00-$19.50 per hour

Expected hours: 12.0 – 30.0 per week
