Our client is currently looking for a Truck & Transport Mechanic to join their team and contribute to their mission of keeping vehicles on the road safely and reliably.

Responsibilities:
- Inspect vehicle engines and mechanical/electrical components to accurately diagnose issues.
- Evaluate vehicle computer systems and electronic components to perform repairs, maintenance, and upgrades.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as replacing fluids and lubricating parts, to ensure vehicle functionality and longevity.
- Schedule future maintenance sessions and provide motorists with advice on proper vehicle use.
- Repair or replace damaged or dysfunctional parts and address issues like leaks.
- Provide accurate estimates for repair or maintenance jobs, including cost, time, and effort required.

Qualifications:
- Valid Apprentice or Red Seal Certified Mechanic license.
- Safety certifications (ex. First Aid, Fall Arrest, WHMIS) are considered an asset.
- Experience working in a mechanic shop.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to complete service records accurately and on time.
- Strong customer service skills.
