Wage: $40.00 /hour for 40 hours per week

Job Duties:
• Manage, coordinate and assess all daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Maintain exceptional customer satisfaction by handling customer complaints and resolving issues promptly.
• Decide on the range of services to be provided and establish, implement, and improve operational policies and procedures.
• Hire qualified employees, conduct onboarding, and oversee staff training and professional development.
• Prepare work schedules of employees, assign responsibilities, and evaluate staff performance to maintain productivity and service standards.
• Manage inventory levels, monitor sales and revenue, and adjust operating procedures and pricing strategies to improve profitability.
• Conduct regular inspections of dining areas, kitchen facilities, and equipment to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and compliance with health and safety standards.
• Coordinating with kitchen staff to ensure prompt food preparation and-service.




• Maintain solid relationships with food, beverage, and equipment suppliers, negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and purchasing agreements to ensure the uninterrupted restaurant operations.
• Coordinate arrangements with clients, organizations, and individual customers for catering services, private functions and special events, ensuring all client requirements are met while maximizing business opportunities and revenue.
• Review daily sales reports, monitor revenues and operating expenses, prepare budgets, and implement cost-control strategies to maximize profitability.
• Prepare operational reports, maintain business records, and present performance updates to senior management.
