Responsibilities
Tasks

Coordinate, assign and review the work of clerks handling customer service, order processing, record keeping, data entry and sales support.
Establish work schedules and procedures and coordinate activities with sales, inventory, warehouse and delivery teams.
Resolve work-related issues and prepare progress, sales, inventory and operational reports.




Train staff on job duties, safety procedures, product knowledge, customer service and company policies.
Requisition office supplies, store materials and other supplies required for daily operations.
Ensure the smooth operation of POS systems, office equipment and store equipment, and arrange maintenance or repairs when required.
May perform the same duties as workers supervised, including customer service, order processing, sales and inventory support.
