Job Duties:
• Prepare, season, and cook full meals and individual menu items according to standard quality guidelines and customer orders
• Modify meal preparations and cook specialized dishes to accommodate dietary restrictions, allergies, and specific customer preferences
• Check kitchen condition and food display/service areas regularly to maintain a clean cooking environment
• Measure and portion food ingredients according to standard menu specifications to maintain consistency




• Assist in tracking kitchen stock, logging material usage, and reporting required supplies to the chef
• Wash and organize all prep counters, cooking appliances, utensils, and work surfaces before and after service

Job requirements:
• Experience: 2-3 years of commercial cooking experience is required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
• Language: English
